Block 15 Brewing announces 2025 Bourbon Month releases & events

Block 15 Brewing's 17th Annual Bourbon Month Returns this February in Corvallis

Block 15 Brewing will celebrate their 17th annual Bourbon Month at their three pubs in Corvallis, Oregon this February 2025. Beer releases for the month include the bourbon barrel-aged Super Nebula Imperial Stout Series. Events will take place at Block 15’s  Downtown Pub and Southtown Tap Room, with unique offerings at its sister restaurant, Caves Corvallis.

To further celebrate all things bourbon, Block 15 has prepared month-long food specials crafted by its Executive Chef, Sarah Farey, specialty bourbon cocktails by its front-of-house managers and a curated selection of specialty bourbons.

Bourbon Month also includes a more exclusive series of ticketed events, such as the Brewer's Dinners and Guided Pairings at Block 15 locations and a Bourbon Dinner hosted at Caves Corvallis.

About the Bourbon

Block 15 features a selection of specialty bourbons and whiskeys at its Downtown Pub and Southtown Tap Room locations, as well as Caves Corvallis, during the month of February. Alex Goodwin, Downtown Locations Director, curated this year's bourbon list, which is fully listed on Block 15's website.

Stamp Books

Block 15 offers a Stamp Book each year to track which bourbons and beers have been savored at its Corvallis locations. For those who complete at least 13 of the 17 offerings, a party later in the year is held, and a special piece of merch is awarded. Stamp Books are available at any location.

About Block 15 Cellars

Beginning in 2008 with a single French Oak Pinot Noir barrel, Block 15's passion for barrel-maturing beer blossomed into one of the Pacific Northwest's most unique barrel programs. With a collection of over 180 barrels, this program includes bourbon, brandy, cognac, wine, whiskey, and Oregon oak barrels. These wooden vessels contain mysteries that are challenging to unlock, infusing complex characters into the beer. Popular Block 15 beers from their traditional barrel maturation program include Figgy Pudding, Imagine, Super Nebula, and Hypnosis.
