Bauman’s on Oak Spring Equinox Celebration w/ Pizza, Cider, Cocktails, & Late Night Dance Party

One of the buzziest new pizzas in Portland is making its first appearance of 2025 on March 22nd for a spring equinox celebration at hot new cider destinations Bauman’s on Oak. Remystify is a pizza, cider, music and dance party of the like that the craft beer and cider community rarely gets down for.

Bauman’s on Oak is the less than one-year-old Portland home of the acclaimed Bauman’s Cider originally based out of the Gervais, Oregon family owned Bauman’s Farm. The Bauman’s on Oak restaurant has made a name for itself outside of just the incredible cider, recently being named one of the best new restaurants in Portland by Eater and one of the best pizzas for their once-a-month pop-ups by Oregonian.

Remystify is a showcase for local artist DJ Nature who will be collaborating with New York City’s Chances with Wolves spinning tracks. From 2:00-8:00 pm, the Bauman's on Oak team, led by Chef Daniel Green, plus some culinary friends, will be slinging pizza by the slice to the beat of DJ Nature’s tunes.

James Beard award-winning author and bartender, Jim Meehan, will be preparing special Spring cocktails made with those amazing on their own Bauman’s ciders. The pizza, which is only available on special occasions, features seasonal ingredients, hand-pulled cheese, balanced on house-leavened sourdough crust. There will be other bites as well from the Bauman's kitchen and, of course, the full range of ciders on tap.

Entrance is free and no tickets are required for the Remystify party from 2-8pm. But tickets are required for $20 advance and $25 at the door for when Chances with Wolves takes the stage for an all-out dance party that runs from 8pm to midnight.
